Mumbai: Maharashtra State Cabinet Minister and Mumbai BJP President Ashish Shelar announced on Saturday that the party has made extensive arrangements to facilitate travel for devotees celebrating Ganesh Utsav in their native villages.
Speaking to the media, Shelar said, “For Marathi and Konkan people who go to their villages to celebrate Ganesh Utsav, we have arranged more than 550 buses for today and tomorrow. People are happy about this.”
He further added that a special train service has been scheduled for 25th August to help pilgrims travel comfortably. “Additionally, we arranged 347 rounds of special trains by speaking to the Central Railway Ministry,” Shelar said, highlighting the efforts made in coordination with railway authorities.
