Srinagar: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) senior leader and district vice president Kupwara, Javid Qurashi on Friday strongly condemned the killing of Sarpanch in Goshbugh area of Pattan Baramulla.
Qurashi termed the killing of Sarpanch, Manzoor Ahmed Bangroo as a barbaric and cowardly act. He calls the killing frustration of militants.
Such shameful acts have no place in a civilized society, and deserve strong condemnation by all, Qurashi said. The perpetrators of the attack must be held accountable and be brought to justice,” he said.
Javid Qurashi also expressed his grief with the bereaved family and prayed for their courage to bear the irreparable loss.
