BJP president J P Nadda has expressed anguish over the ghastly incident of kidnapping, torture, burning and dumping of the body of a woman in Mahaling segment of Junagarh assembly under Kalahandi Parliamentary constituency in Odisha.
Mr Nadda has constituted a three member committee to go into the incident. Member of Parliament Sunita Duggal, BJP Women’s Wing president and MLA Vanathi Sriniwasan and MLA Rupa Mitra are members of the committee. The team will visit the incident place, interact with the people of the area and will submit report to the BJP president.
Meanwhile the party has demanded the removal of Odisha Minister of state for home Dibya Shankar Mishra over his alleged proximity to the man arrested for the alleged murder.
