Indian Army in collaboration with Hawk Eye Commando Security Pvt Ltd organised a Job Fair for youth of Lolab at Tekipora

Srinagar: In consonance with Mission Youth, an ambitious initiative aimed to provide a vibrant medium for youth engagement and empowerment in Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian Army in collaboration with Hawk Eye Commando Security Pvt Ltd., organised a two-day consultation cum registration program on July 23, in order to educate, promulgate awareness on avenues of employment and provide employment for youth of Jammu and Kashmir.

The officials from Hawk Eye Commando Security along with the Indian Army carried out the interaction cum motivational session for the youth and set up the registration counters in which about 313 youth from Lolab got registered who will be interviewed subsequently for various jobs as per their educational qualification.

The agency assured 100 percent placement in various sectors like hotels, schools, hospitals and industries.

The aim of such initiative is to give the youth and individuals a platform to avail placement facility and eradicate them from the grip of unemployment from Lolab valley in Kashmir.

The initiative will further facilitate in making the youth and individuals become ambassadors of peace, prosperity & socio-economic growth through systematic interventions across domains.

The Job Fair, Lolab Mela focused upon individuals between the age groups of 18 to 40 years with the aim of effectively supporting and encouraging the locals in fulfilling their potential and aspirations while addressing their needs and concerns, and to effectively support young people to shape their future as per their aspirations.

More than 350 individuals from Lolab participated in the Job Fair Mela Lolab held at Boys Higher School Ground, Tekipora which was witnessed by 35 Sarpanch and ward members.

In the end, the locals including youth appreciated the efforts of Indian Army for giving them a platform to avail the job opportunities.
