Madhubani: In his first public appearance since the horrific terror attack in Pahalgam, Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a powerful message of resolve and retribution, vowing that India will not rest until justice is served for the 26 lives lost in Jammu and Kashmir earlier this week.
Addressing a gathering in Madhubani, Bihar, PM Modi opened his speech with a somber minute of silence, honoring the memory of those killed in what is being called one of the deadliest attacks in the Valley since Pulwama.
With steely determination, the Prime Minister stated, “Today, on the soil of Bihar, I say to the whole world, India will identify, trace and punish every terrorist and their backers. We will pursue them to the ends of the Earth. India’s spirit will never be broken by terrorism. Terrorism will not go unpunished. Every effort will be made to make sure that justice is done.”
His words struck a chord with the crowd, coming at a time when the nation is still reeling from the shock of the brutal attack, which targeted unsuspecting tourists in Pahalgam’s Baisaran meadow. The assault has sparked widespread outrage and mourning across the country.
PM Modi also acknowledged the solidarity India has received internationally in the wake of the tragedy. “The entire nation is one in this resolve. Everyone who believes in humanity is with us. I thank the people of various countries and their leaders who have stood with us,” he said, reinforcing India’s united front against terrorism.
