The much-anticipated emotional love story, “Hi Nanna,” starring Natural star Nani, made its way to the screens, enthralling audiences with its mature narrative. The film, which received critical acclaim for its performances, including Nani’s stellar act, premiered on Netflix from January 4, marking its digital debut within a month of its theatrical release.

The storyline of “Hi Nanna” revolves around the lives of a fashion photographer named Viraj and his daughter Mahi. Their world takes a turn when Yashna enters, creating a whirlwind of events that push Viraj to confront his past. As Mahi and Yashna seek answers about Mahi’s mother, Yashna finds herself drawn to Viraj, despite being already engaged. Revelations unfold, leading to an unexpected connection between Yashna and Varsha. The film navigates through these intricate relationships, forming the essence of the story.

Sadly, within hours of its OTT release on Netflix, the film fell victim to piracy. Various illicit websites swiftly copied the entire movie, making it available for free download. This act enables users to access the film’s content through links and download it without authorization.

The stellar cast, featuring Nani as Viraj, Mrunal Thakur as Yashna, and a special appearance by Shruti Haasan, delivered captivating performances. The film also stars Baby Kiara Khanna, Jayaram, Priyadarshi Pulikonda, Angad Bedi, and Viraj Ashwin, with two more special cameos confirmed by the director.

Behind the scenes, “Hi Nanna” was funded by Mohan Cherukuri, Dr. Vijender Reddy Teegala, and Murthy KS under the Vyra Entertainments banner. The film boasts a mesmerizing musical score by Hesham Abdul Wahab, with Sanu Varghese as the cinematographer and Praveen Anthony as the editor. Nagendra Kasi penned the dialogues, while Shouryuv wrote and directed the movie.
