Gurjargaud Brahmin Benevolent Sabha Hosts Grand Community Program

Mumbai: The Gurjargaud Brahmin Benevolent Sabha, Kela Gela, organized a grand community program attended by esteemed dignitaries, social workers, and community members. The event was graced by Maharashtra Transport Minister Shri Pratap Sarnaik, renowned social activist and President of Shri Adarsh Ramlila Samiti, Cotton Green,Radheshyam Mishraji, and respected community leaders Ramavtar Upadhyay and Mahesh Upadhyay, who were present as the chief guests.

The function was organised at the Maheshwari Bhavan in Mira-Bhayander on March 30.

The objective of the program was to promote cultural unity and create new opportunities for social welfare. In his address, Minister Pratap Sarnaik emphasized the importance of preserving cultural heritage while fostering community development to meet modern challenges. He also reaffirmed the government’s commitment to supporting the welfare of the community.

Social activist and President of Shri Adarsh Ramlila Samiti, Cotton Green, Radheshyam Mishraji, highlighted the importance of education and empowerment in uplifting society. Additionally, Ramavtar Upadhyay and Mahesh Upadhyay shed light on various initiatives undertaken by the Sabha for social progress, education, and community unity.

The program concluded with a felicitation ceremony, honoring individuals who have made significant contributions to community upliftment. Attendees expressed their appreciation for the Sabha’s ongoing efforts and looked forward to more such meaningful initiatives in the future.
