Eternal Cricket Club Vodhpora, the new club came into existence

Srinagar: Starting a new cricket club is a big deal. It will take plenty of effort to get you to that first fixture. Eternal Cricket Club, Vodhpora, the club of 22 members came into existence on Tuesday at the Royal Park Hotel in Handwara. The owner of the Hotel Royal Park was the chief guest of the occasion. 

Many young and talented players joined the club and will be playing for the club here after. The club is aiming to provide a platform for the youngsters who otherwise lag behind due to many reasons. The club is mainly aiming at bringing the raw talent together and competing with various clubs.

On the occasion Davood Peer, who was elected as the chairman of the club, Peer Zada Nisaar was elected as Captain and Umar War as the Vice captain of the Club.  Eternal Cricket Club will reveal its new Jersey soon which will be sponsored by Royal Park, Handwara.
