New Delhi: Starting today, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has implemented a revision in passenger fares across its network. The fare hike is marginal, ranging between ₹1 to ₹4 depending on the travel distance. For the Airport Express Line, the maximum increase goes up to ₹5.

According to DMRC, the new fare structure, effective from August 25, 2025, has been introduced to balance rising operational costs while keeping the journey affordable for daily commuters. The revised slabs will apply uniformly across all lines of the Delhi Metro, with minor adjustments made to ensure minimal impact on passengers.
