CM Devendra Fadnavis Inaugurates HP Dreams Unlocked Festival in Mumbai, Applauds Youth Innovation and Talent

Initiative celebrates and empowers India’s young innovators to turn bold ideas into reality through mentorship and collaboration

Mumbai: The Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis, inaugurated the HP Dreams Unlocked Festival at Mehboob Studio, Mumbai. The festival celebrated a vibrant community of young dreamers, creators, and changemakers from across India. It showcased youth-led innovation and creative excellence aimed at shaping India’s digital and entrepreneurial future.

In his keynote address, the Chief Minister emphasised the significance of initiatives like HP Dreams Unlocked in nurturing creativity, entrepreneurship, and technological innovation to propel India’s growth story.

A first-of-its-kind, HP Dreams Unlocked is a future-focused platform connecting young innovators with industry mentors to transform bold ideas into real-world impact across art, content, gaming, business, technology, cinema, music, and social innovation.

Out of thousands of nationwide entries, 40 finalists were shortlisted for their originality, vision, and potential to create meaningful change. Each finalist received an HP AI PC and participated in category-specific challenges. The top eight winners of Season 1 earned exclusive mentorship opportunities with leading experts such as Ayushmann Khurrana, Ankur Tewari, Sahiba Bali, Kailash Satyarthi, Devraj Sanyal, Kaustubh Dhavse, Aaquib Wani, and Sameer Nair, among others.

Launched earlier this year, HP Dreams Unlocked aims to inspire India’s youth to dream big, build fearlessly, and lead with innovation in the AI era. The festival also featured interactive showcases, thought-provoking discussions, and a high-energy live performance by Raftaar.

The initiative reflects HP’s long-term commitment to India’s young workforce, integrating mentorship, AI learning, and experiential opportunities to create a pipeline of talent ready to shape the country’s creative and digital economy. The platform reached over 45 million students nationwide, engaging 800,000+ participants, with over 38,000 idea submissions.
