In a significant legal development, the Bombay High Court has dismissed the suit challenging Syedna Muffadal Saifuddin’s position as the Da’i al-Mutlaq or spiritual head of the Dawoodi Bohra community. The suit was filed by his half-brother, Taher Fakhruddin.
