BJP leader Gopichand Padalkar terms ST strike as “conspiracy”

@the_news_21

Mumbai: BJP leader Gopichand Padalkar said it seems that the government instead of solving the issue of state transport employees’ strike, has hatched a well-planned conspiracy to ensure that it drags indefinitely.

“While on one hand, they are appealing the employees to resume work, on the other hand, they are charge-sheeted the moment they do so. The employees who have resumed duty have got notices which claim that losses to the tunes of Rs 2 crore have been incurred. The committee has already submitted a report regarding the merger of ST employees. However, the government still is seeking at least a week to take a call,” he said.

Padalkar added that it seems the government wants to do away with the existing staff and recruit new ones while enabling them to earn some commission and do some scams.
