On Friday, September 22, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) took action by issuing a show cause notice to one of its members, Lok Sabha MP Ramesh Bidhuri, following the directive of party president JP Nadda. The notice was prompted by Bidhuri’s use of unparliamentary language directed at BSP MP Danish Ali.

Ramesh Bidhuri, a BJP MP, made these controversial remarks during a session in the Lok Sabha on Thursday, September 21, while discussions were ongoing regarding Chandrayaan-3. In the aftermath of Bidhuri’s objectionable comments, where he referred to the BSP MP with derogatory terms such as “pimp,” “terrorist,” and “extremist,” Opposition MPs raised their voices demanding disciplinary action against the BJP MP.
