The BJP today hit out at the Congress for its protest after the Enforcement Directorate asked the party interim Chief Sonia Gandhi to appear before it today for questioning in connection with National Herald case. Addressing media in New Delhi, senior BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad said that the Congress protest is not a ‘Satyagraha’, but it is a ‘Duragraha’ against the law as well as the institutions of the country. He said, both, Ms Gandhi and party leader Rahul Gandhi, are accused in the case and are on bail.

Mr Prasad said that on the other side, there is BJP which respects the rule of law and institutions. He alleged, the Chief Ministers of Congress-ruled states are sitting in Delhi and all the party MPs are trying to demoralizing the ED and other agencies.
