In a significant disclosure, BJP candidate Raosaheb Danve, contesting for the sixth time from Jalna Lok Sabha Constituency, has declared assets totaling 42 crores. The immovable and movable assets are valued at Rs 59 lakh 82 thousand. Over the last five years, Danve’s income has amounted to Rs 26 lakh 52 thousand, with an increase noted in the income of his wife, Nirmala Danve, by 6 lakh 24 thousand rupees.
Raosaheb Danve currently possesses immovable property worth 24 crore 37 lakh rupees and movable property valued at 4 crore 51 lakh rupees, with a loan of 4 crore 2 lakh to Danve. His wife, Nirmala Danve, holds immovable property worth 12 crore 83 lakh 38 thousand rupees and movable property worth 88 lakh 44 thousand rupees, with a debt of 3 crore 46 lakh 33 thousand rupees. Additionally, Danve has inherited property worth 93 lakh rupees, and Nirmala Danve has inherited property worth 3 crore 88 lakh 36 thousand rupees.
Furthermore, the family owns 2 lakh 50 thousand shares in Jijamata Housing Society, Mumbai, along with shares of Rameshwar Sugar Factory, Siddheshwar Sugar Factory, and Danve in a local cooperative society. Raosaheb Danve has deposits totaling 2 crore 46 lakh 36 thousand rupees in various banks and co-operative credit institutions. In terms of assets, Raosaheb Danve holds 5 tolas of gold and 4 kg 700 grams of silver, while Nirmala Danve owns 45 tolas of gold and 2 kg 700 grams of silver. Danve also has cash amounting to 18 lakh 24 thousand rupees.
The BJP candidate from Jalna Lok Sabha Constituency, Raosaheb Danve, has approximately Rs 28 Crore 88 Lakh, and his wife Nirmala Danve has Rs 13 Crore 71 Lakh. In total, the Danve couple has immovable and movable property worth Rs 42 Crore 60 Lakh 30 thousand 652.15, according to the affidavit submitted to the Election Commission. Their sources of income include agriculture, MP salary, and rent.
Agricultural land owned by Danve includes around 70 acres in various locations, with 25 acres registered under Nirmala Danve’s name. They also possess houses and commercial properties in several places.
In terms of precious metals, there has been no increase noted in gold and silver between 2019 and 2024. While there are no cars registered under Danve’s name, he has livestock valued at eighteen and a half lakhs.
Additionally, there has been a significant increase in the debt of the Danve couple. In 2019, Raosaheb Danve had no debt, but according to the 2014 affidavit, there is a debt of 4 crore 2 lakh 44 thousand 81 rupees. Nirmala Danve’s loan has increased from 24 lakh rupees in 2019 to 3 crore 46 lakh 33 thousand 237 rupees in 2014. The total debt of the Danve couple has now gone up to 7 crore 48 lakh 77 thousand 318 rupees.
