Patna: Reacting to the Bihar Election 2025 exit polls, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha thanked the people of Bihar for their overwhelming support and trust in the “double engine government” led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
“I express my gratitude to everyone living in Bihar, the mother of democracy, for once again giving us the opportunity to accelerate the pace of development being carried out by the double engine government of PM Modi and Nitish Kumar,” Sinha said.
Taking a swipe at the opposition alliance, he added, “The public has placed its faith in the NDA, but the people of Bihar have taught a lesson to the princes of RJD-Congress who make hollow announcements. They will definitely have to accept the result when it comes out. They are already finding ways to blame the Election Commission, EVM and officials.” (Quote Source: ANI)
Commenting on the state’s impressive voter turnout, the Deputy CM said, “This is the faith of the people in democracy, and an example for the entire country. It is also an answer to those who raised questions on the ECI that no one supported the issue they (opposition) raised on SIR.”
