Mumbai: Actor Haresh Sharma Enters Mannat – Har Khushi Paane Ki on Colors TV

Mumbai: Mumbai: Actor Haresh Sharma has joined the cast of the popular Hindi television drama Mannat – Har Khushi Paane Ki, which airs on Colors TV and streams digitally on JioHotstar.

Produced by Mukta Dhond under the banner of Malhar Content Creations, the show premiered on January 6, 2025. The drama stars Ayesha Singh, Adnan Khan and Mona Vasu in key roles.

Following a seven-year leap in the storyline, the makers have introduced new characters played by Haresh Sharma and Priyamvada Singh. The duo portrays the fake parents of Yashika (played by Leena Jumani), adding a fresh twist to the narrative.

Interestingly, while their characters present themselves as a refined, power-couple on screen, the storyline reveals them as struggling actors who do not share a smooth personal equation. Their contrasting off-screen dynamics and polished on-screen chemistry have already caught viewers’ attention. Industry insiders say Sharma’s convincing portrayal of a “fake father” is so seamless that it becomes difficult to doubt his character’s identity.

With this new track, the show promises several twists and turns in the coming episodes. Whether the truth behind their façade will be exposed or lead to greater drama remains to be seen. What is certain, however, is that their entry has boosted both the glamour quotient and viewership of the show.

About Actor Haresh Sharma

Haresh Sharma is an Indian actor with a diverse body of work across films, web series, television, theatre and advertising. His film credits include Jaat, Mirzapur, the Sindhi film Son of Sindhi, Extra Seat (a suspense thriller), Bank Chor, and Sacred Games. He has also appeared in projects such as Do You Wanna Partner, Crackdown, Whistle Blower, Berlin and Jubilee.

Sharma wrote and directed the documentary film WATER: A Future Curse, which received critical appreciation and won the Indo Global International Award at the Indo Global Film Festival 2020.

On television, his notable appearances include Kaal Bhairav Rahasya (2017–2019), Savdhaan India (2019), Crackdown (2020), Sapno Ki Chhalang, Bhaagin, Return of School Days, Mehendi Wala Ghar and the ongoing Mannat – Har Khushi Paane Ki.

With over 12 years of experience in stage performances with regional and Hindi theatre groups, including the Invincible Theatre Group, Sharma is known for his versatility, particularly in negative and character-driven roles. He is also a state-level Best Actor award winner and runs his own production company, Kri-Jyo Entertainment.
