Yogi Adityanath Warns Against Disturbing Festival Celebrations in Uttar Pradesh: “Jail Bars Await Offenders”

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath issued a stern warning ahead of the festive season, declaring that anyone attempting to disrupt celebrations will face immediate legal action.

Addressing the public, CM Adityanath said: “If anyone tries to disrupt the joy and enthusiasm of this festival, the bars of the jail will be waiting for them; no matter who they are, they will be put behind bars without delay. Festivals and celebrations should be observed in a peaceful and harmonious manner.”

Highlighting the state’s track record, he added that over the past eight years, festivals across all communities in Uttar Pradesh have been celebrated peacefully and without incidents.

“This is no longer a government that bows down to rioters. We are committed to maintaining law and order and ensuring that everyone can celebrate their festivals safely,” the Chief Minister emphasized.
