Mumbai: In a major legal setback for the Congress party, the Patna High Court on Wednesday directed the party to remove an AI-generated video depicting Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mother.
The court noted that the video was misleading and potentially harmful, warning that spreading such content could impact public sentiment and political integrity. The AI-generated clip had triggered widespread controversy, leading to immediate legal intervention.
