Iqbal Singh Chahal, and Additional Municipal Commissioner (City) Dr. (Mrs.) Ashwini Joshi, has arranged well-equipped civic services and facilities at various key locations, including Chaityabhoomi, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Maidan (Shivaji Park), and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s residence, Rajgruh.
On Mahaparinirvan Day, food distribution is scheduled at four locations: M. M. Pinge Chowk, Raja Bade Chowk near Trophy Hotel, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Maidan, S. H. Paralkar Marg (near Vishnu Nivas), and Padmabai Thakkar, in front of West Side. Organizations and individuals participating in the food distribution are urged to adhere to the submission deadline and the outlined procedures for an efficient and organized distribution process.
Efforts are underway to ensure controlled vehicular movement for distribution and effective waste management during the operation, ensuring a dignified and well-coordinated event to honor Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s legacy on this revered day of Mahaparinirvan.
