Hyderabad: In a devastating road tragedy on the outskirts of Hyderabad, at least 20 people lost their lives and several others sustained serious injuries when a Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) bus collided head-on with a gravel-laden tipper lorry near Mirzaguda village in Chevella, early Monday morning.
According to initial reports, the horrific accident took place around 5 a.m. when the passenger bus, en route from Tandur to Hyderabad, was hit by the speeding lorry approaching from the opposite direction. The impact was so severe that the front sections of both vehicles were completely mangled, trapping several passengers inside.
