Yogi Adityanath Orders SIT Probe Into Noida Techie Death, Report Sought Within Five Days

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has ordered a thorough and time-bound investigation into the death of a young software professional in Noida, treating the incident as a matter of serious concern. Following his directions, the state government has set up a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to examine all aspects of the case.

According to officials, the three-member SIT will be headed by the Meerut Divisional Commissioner. Senior officers, including the Additional Director General (ADG) of the Meerut Zone and the Chief Engineer of the Public Works Department (PWD), have also been included in the team to ensure an in-depth and unbiased probe.

The Chief Minister has instructed the SIT to investigate the incident from every angle, including administrative responsibility, possible negligence, and any lapses that may have contributed to the techie’s death. The team has been asked to identify accountability and suggest corrective measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
