Srinagar: On the occasion of Women Empowerment Day, the Indian Army at Naugam organised an Awareness Drive to educate and felicitate the Women of Mawar valley.
The aim of the Awareness Drive was to spread the message of women being the strong fibre of the national fabric of developed Nations. They are not only the home makers but also contribute to make this world a better place to live in.
An event was organised where the young school going girls addressed the locals about the women achievers of the country.
A video was also displayed to educate women on various opportunities and avenues available for them to succeed in life.
