Mumbai: To accommodate the increased demand for travel during the winter season, Western Railway has announced the operation of special one-way trains between Mumbai Central-Prayagraj and Indore-Prayagraj. These trains will run at special fares to cater to the growing number of passengers.
Vineet Abhishek, Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, shared the details of the special services.
Mumbai Central-Prayagraj Special Train Details:
Train No. 09013 Mumbai Central – Prayagraj Special will depart from Mumbai Central on Thursday, 26th December, 2024 at 11:00 AM. It is scheduled to reach Prayagraj at 4:30 PM the following day.
The train will halt at several stations along the way, including:
- Borivali
- Palghar
- Vapi
- Valsad
- Udhna
- Bharuch
- Vadodara
- Godhra
- Dahod
- Ratlam
- Nagda
- Ujjain
- Shujalpur
- Sehore
- Sant Hirdaram Nagar
- Bina
- Saugor
- Damoh
- Katni Murwara
- Satna
- Manikpur
This train will feature Sleeper Class and General Second Class Coaches.
Indore-Prayagraj Special Train Details:
Similarly, Train No. 09333 Indore – Prayagraj Special will depart from Indore on Thursday, 26th December, 2024 at 10:00 PM and is expected to reach Prayagraj at 5:00 AM the following day.
Enroute, it will stop at:
- Dewas
- Ujjain
- Shujalpur
- Sehore
- Sant Hirdaram Nagar
- Bina
- Saugor
- Damoh
- Katni Murwara
- Satna
- Manikpur
This train will also comprise Sleeper Class and General Second Class Coaches.
Booking Information:
Bookings for both Train Nos. 09013 and 09333 will open on 25th December, 2024. Passengers can reserve tickets at all PRS counters or through the IRCTC website.
