A shocking video is going viral where a woman can be seen thrashing a Mumbai traffic police constable. The incident took place at Kalbadevi area on Friday. As per Mumbai Mirror report, the constable stopped the woman for not wearing the helmet and soon after that the brawl started.
In the video it is clearly seen that the woman is not wearing a helmet and a mask, however, she alleges that she was abused by traffic police that is why she slapped him in the face.
As per media report, the victim has been identified as constable Eknath Parthe and he has registered a complaint against the accused at LT Marg police station.
The accused have been identified as Sadvika Tiwari (30) resident of Masjid Bandar and Mohinuddin Khan (26) of Bhendi Bazar.
They both have been arrested.
A case has been filed against them under various sections including 571/2020 IPC 353, 332, 504, 506, 34.
