The Central government on Saturday released the news guidelines for unlock 4. As per the new rules, the government has given green signal for metro rail as well as stating that there will be no separate restrictions of inter-State and intra-State movement of persons and goods.
Although, containment zones will stick to the same guidelines as before and activities are allowed there apart from essential services.
