Mumbai: Television actor Zeeshan Khan, known for his performances in Kumkum Bhagya, Naagin and Bigg Boss OTT, had a narrow escape on Friday night after his car was involved in a collision at Mumbai’s Yari Road. The incident took place around 10:30 pm while the actor was returning home after a workout session at his gym.
According to initial information, a car coming from the opposite direction suddenly swerved and hit Zeeshan’s vehicle. An elderly couple travelling in the other car reportedly appeared shaken but no injuries were reported from either side. Both vehicles sustained minor damages.
Police officials confirmed that no FIR has been registered yet, but a preliminary inquiry has begun to determine the exact sequence of events. Officers are also checking CCTV footage from the stretch to rule out negligence or speeding. So far, the matter appears to be a minor road mishap with no major consequences.
Interestingly, Zeeshan has not shared any details about the incident on social media, where he remains highly active and enjoys a following close to one million.
Zeeshan rose to fame for his portrayal of Aryan Khanna in Kumkum Bhagya (2019–2021), a role that earned him widespread recognition. He later appeared in Ektaa Kapoor’s Naagin and became a popular contestant on Bigg Boss OTT, where his calm and straightforward demeanor made him a viewer favourite. Though his journey on the reality show ended abruptly due to a rule violation during a task, Zeeshan later expressed gratitude towards fans, saying their support made him feel like a “winner”.
Beginning his acting career in 2015 with Kuch Toh Hai Tere Mere Darmiyaan, Zeeshan went on to act in Parvarrish Season 2 and gradually built a solid presence on television. With 919k Instagram followers, he is on track to hit the one-million milestone soon.
