The Thane district administration has announced that all schools across the district will remain closed tomorrow after a Red Alert was issued for the region due to the forecast of extremely heavy rainfall.
According to the official order, all educational institutions from Class I to Class XII will remain shut as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of students and staff. Authorities said the decision was taken in view of the expected intense monsoon conditions and the possibility of severe waterlogging and disruption.
