“Strike So Fierce, Pakistan Couldn’t Handle It”: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh Hits Out

Goa: Sending a bold and unambiguous message to Pakistan, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday declared that the “dangerous game” of terrorism being played by Pakistan since its Independence has come to an end. Speaking aboard the Indian Navy’s flagship aircraft carrier INS Vikrant, Singh emphasized that India will not hesitate to adopt strategies against terrorism that Pakistan cannot even imagine.

In a powerful address to naval warriors, Singh said, “Pakistan needs to understand clearly — the game it has been playing since 1947 is over. Today, India has full right to protect its citizens from terrorism, and no power in the world can stop us.”

“India Will Strike Where It Hurts Most”

Singh recalled the exemplary coordination between Indian defence forces during past operations and specifically praised the Indian Navy’s silent strength during Operation Sindoor. “The Indian Navy has earned every Indian’s respect. Without making a sound, it ensured the Pakistani Navy stayed locked to its own ports,” he said.

Referring to the Indian Air Force’s precise strikes on terrorist camps across the border, Singh said, “Our strike was so powerful that Pakistan went around the world pleading to stop India. In a short time, we not only crushed terror bases, but also their will to strike again.”

“Operation Sindoor Was More Than a Military Move”

Terming Operation Sindoor as a “frontal assault against terrorism,” Singh said it showcased India’s depth, speed, and clarity in tackling cross-border threats. “It was not just an action; it was a message — India will fight terrorism on its own terms,” he added.

“We Will Use Methods Beyond Pakistan’s Imagination”

Issuing a stern caution, Singh said, “We will use every method against terrorism that Pakistan can think of — and we will also use those which it cannot even imagine.” He urged Pakistan to dismantle its “terror nurseries” operating within its territory, warning that India is free to act “on both sides of the border and the sea”.
