Mumbai : Swiss luxury watchmaker Roamer has officially entered the Indian market through a strategic partnership with Titan Company Limited, marking the brand’s first major retail expansion in the country. The 138-year-old Swiss watchmaker unveiled its debut collection at an exclusive launch event in Mumbai, with actor Arjun Rampal announced as the brand ambassador for India.
The launch event, held at Soraia in Mumbai, was attended by senior executives from both companies, including Stefan Dürr, Managing Partner of Roamer; Tony Harris, Sales Director of Roamer; Ranjani Krishnaswamy, Chief Marketing Officer of Titan’s Analog Watches Division; and Rahul Shukla, Vice President and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer – Watches Division, Titan Company Limited.
Speaking at the launch, Tony Harris said India represents one of the fastest-growing luxury markets globally, with consumers increasingly valuing craftsmanship, authenticity and design heritage. He noted that Roamer’s partnership with Titan would help the Swiss brand reach Indian consumers through a strong and established retail ecosystem.
Founded in 1888 in Solothurn, Switzerland, Roamer has built its identity around precision engineering, durability and classic Swiss aesthetics. The company said its India strategy focuses on offering “accessible Swiss luxury” to a growing segment of aspirational consumers seeking premium global watch brands.
Titan executives said the partnership aligns with changing consumer preferences in India, where watches are increasingly viewed as lifestyle and identity statements rather than merely functional accessories.

Roamer’s India collection will feature both men’s and women’s watches, with prices starting from ₹32,000. The watches are crafted using sapphire crystal glass and 316L stainless steel, while select models are powered by automatic and quartz movements, including in-house MST calibres and mechanisms sourced from Swiss partners such as Soprod and Ronda.
The company is also positioning durability and reliability as key differentiators, with all Roamer watches carrying a seven-year international warranty.
At the event, Arjun Rampal described the brand as a reflection of timeless style and enduring craftsmanship, saying Roamer’s philosophy goes beyond trends and focuses instead on refined design and authenticity.
Roamer watches will initially be available through select Helios and Titan World stores across metropolitan cities. The distribution network will also extend to multi-brand retail outlets and department store chains including Shoppers Stop and Lifestyle.
With its India debut, Roamer joins a growing list of international premium watchmakers seeking to tap into India’s expanding luxury and aspirational consumer market.
