Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot on Kota infant deaths:The death rate includes all kinds of deaths due to illness. The State is trying its best. I’m pained at every death. Since 2014 the death rate has lowered, from 65 it has come down to 38. We are trying to make the facilities better.
