A complaint has been filed by a disabled individual with the Maharashtra State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities in Pune. The complaint addresses the issue of unauthorized commuters boarding and traveling in the Divyang (disabled) reserved coach of Mumbai local trains. As a result, the court has issued a summons to the railway authorities to address the matter.
