New Delhi: Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Monday launched a sharp attack on the government over the ongoing controversy surrounding the Survey of India Register (SIR), alleging irregularities in the voter list and demanding an open discussion in Parliament.
Speaking to reporters outside Parliament, Priyanka said, “This (SIR) is a very serious issue. If this is happening in the voter list, then why shouldn’t we raise this issue? The government should agree to a discussion and move on.”
