President Ram Nath Kovind today said India has braved the pandemic and natural calamities and is serving humanity in the time of global crisis.
President Ram Nath Kovind was addressing members of both Houses of Parliament today, a customary speech delivered ahead of the commencement of the Budget session.
He said Constitution provides freedom of expression. And the Constitution also teaches us to follow law and rules. He added that new agriculture laws will empower the farmers.
He said the new cases of COVID19 are declining in the country due to the timely decision by govt which saved million of lives. The President said India showed scientific excellence, became Aatmanirbhar.
