Mumbai: As India prepares to celebrate the festival of colours, playback singer Pamela Jain has released a vibrant and energetic Holi song titled “Rang Darungi.” The track blends the traditional Hori style with a contemporary Bollywood arrangement, capturing the festive spirit and joy associated with Holi.
Arranged by Shourya Ghatak and recorded at Studio Acoustica in Kolkata, the song is designed as a high-energy festive number celebrating music, colours, and togetherness. With fast beats and a nostalgic yet modern arrangement, “Rang Darungi” aims to become one of the popular Holi tracks for 2026 celebrations.
Sharing her message for the festival, Pamela Jain said Holi represents unity, love and the celebration of diversity. She also urged people to celebrate responsibly by using organic and herbal colours and avoiding chemical-based colours that may cause skin allergies. She further appealed to people not to apply colours forcefully, especially to senior citizens, emphasising the importance of celebrating the festival safely.
The song “Rang Darungi” is now available online for audiences to enjoy during the Holi celebrations.
