Over 187 crore 46 lakh COVID vaccine doses have been administered in the country so far under the Nationwide Vaccination Drive. The Health Ministry said, over 19 lakh 13 thousand vaccine doses were administered yesterday. The Ministry said, more than 19 crore 91 lakh balance and unutilized COVID vaccine doses are still available with the States and Union Territories to be administered.
The Ministry said, a total of two thousand 527 new cases were recorded in the last 24 hours. India’s active caseload currently stands at 15 thousand 79. The recovery rate is currently at 98.75 percent and a total of one thousand 656 COVID patients recovered in the last 24 hours. According to the Ministry, 33 deaths were reported in last 24 hours.
