More than 166 crore 68 lakh doses of COVID vaccine have been administered in the country so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive. The Health Ministry said, more than 61 lakh 45 thousand doses were administered in the last 24 hours.
The Ministry said, a total of one lakh 67 thousand 59 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours. India’s Active caseload currently stands at 17 lakh 43 thousand 59 and it is at 4.20 per cent. The recovery rate is currently at 94.60 per cent. A total of 2 lakh 54 thousand 76 people recovered in the last 24 hours and total recoveries touched over three crore 92 lakh and 30 thousand. The weekly positivity rate currently stands at 15.25 per cent while the Daily positivity rate is at 11.69 per cent. Over 73 crore COVID tests have been conducted in the country so far. In the last 24 hours, more than 14 lakh 28 thousand tests were conducted.
