Over 160.43 crore vaccine dose administered so far

Over 160 crore 43 lakh vaccine doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive. Health Ministry said, over 70 lakh 49 thousand doses were administered yesterday. The recovery Rate is currently at 93.50 percent. Over 2 lakh 51 thousand people recovered from Covid-19 infection in the last 24 hours. The total recoveries are 3 crore 60 lakh 58 thousand 806. India’s Active caseload currently stands at 20 lakh 18 thousand 825. Active cases stand at 5.23 percent. Over 3 lakh 47 thousand new cases were recorded in the last 24 hours. So far, 9 thousand 692 Omicron cases have been detected. It is an increase of 4.36 percent since yesterday.

The daily positivity rate is at 17.94 percent and weekly Positivity Rate is at 16.56 percent. 703 deaths were reported in the last 24 hours. Till now, over 71 crore 15 lakh Tests have been conducted. Over 19 lakh 35 thousand tests were conducted in the last 24 hours.
