Srinagar: Meet the renowned youngest social activist of Jammu and Kashmir, Sheikh Jamsheed. The Pride of Kashmir, whose aim is to bring changes and improvements in society by uplifting the down-trodden sections of society giving them voice to their problems and improving their standard of living by highlighting their issues.
Today we will share an important actuality with you people. Which is related to a young and charming personality Sheikh Jamsheed. Who’s presently working as General Secretary of NGO namely Awami Welfare Forum (AWF) here at Handwara as well as spokesperson of Youth Peace Club YPC (Hamdwara).
It is pertinent to mention here that the same person has also been presenting himself as a social activist. What he has been doing till date is indeed highly admirable and praiseworthy. His distinguished acts cannot be described in words. Firstly, he has proved his dedication in assisting poor families, raised their voice, uplifted many among them, highlighted their issues, which speaks volume of his fantastic job.
He has been juggling with his obstacles, but never withdrew himself from doing his job with dedication. Everyone is well aware about this fact that during the catastrophic disaster of the deadliest and contagious Covid-19 pandemic, when many families were not able to afford a single piece of bread, they did not have any source to fulfil and avail their livelihood.
By the grace of Almighty Allah (SWT) Sheikh Jamsheed approached such families, with the help of NGO he distributed ration kits among poor families, and also distributed masks, sanitizers. Sheikh Jamsheed right from his early age has been showing his sympathy and empathy towards poor and unfortunate people.
Sheikh Jasmsheed has once said “I’ve been living my life for others, to help the poor people gives me immense happiness which means a lot for me. He added Almighty Allah has created us to help one another. This is all I have been believing in, he said. Sheikh Jamsheed who’s quite young is doing a wonderful and enthusiastic job.
Sheikh Jamsheed also believes in “Having care for others and helping others whenever and wherever possible is a goodness whose importance can’t be expressed in just words. He also said “Human values are the virtues that guide us to take into account the human element when we interact with other human beings. Human values are, for example, respect, acceptance, consideration, appreciation, listening, openness, affection, empathy and love towards other human beings. He has also expressed his thoughts while saying “This field has given me a lot and it provided me a platform where I do represent my whole society and highlight their particular concerns”.
Sheikh Jamsheed is the inspiration for every youth, because he’s serving his whole time for the betterment and welfare of the societies. He has been making herculean efforts day and night to achieve his goals.
Sheikh Jamsheed said “I have a very clear vision to take all these things in the future as well, to show and emerge my passion in doing such activities which eventually will benefit the nation and its people. He said ” I will strive my best as always in pursuing my passion, as I’m passionately interested in helping people and in raising their voices.
Sheikh has stood rock-solid with the people in their crucial times. He has raised his voice against the drug peddlers, all these things show his eagerness and enthusiasm with his duty. We’re highly grateful to have such ideals in our society.
People hope that Sheikh Jamsheed will continue to do the same, and will flourish in the years to come, which will help for the betterment of Jammu and Kashmir. He has to take all these responsibilities on his shoulders, and we wish him all the very best.
