Solapur: In a sensational incident, the Vijapur Naka police in Solapur have booked 10 youths who gangraped an 11 year old for several months. The victim is reported to be resident of a slum on Vijapur Road.
The matter came to light when few people found the victim in distress at a relatively secluded place close to the slums. When coaxed into talking, she revealed her ordeal. She was then taken to Vijapur Road police station. Following the complaint, police registered a case and arrested five youths. The victim is currently under medical care at government hospital. Four teams of Solapur police are on the lookout for the other five accused.
