A video of Pakistani actress and TV presenter Nadia Khan leveling allegations against top Bollywood actors Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, and Salman Khan has gone viral on social media. In the clip, Nadia claims that the three leading actors conspired to get Pakistani artists banned from working in India due to feeling “insecure” about their popularity.
Nadia specifically mentioned Pakistani actor Fawad Khan, who starred in several Bollywood films like Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Kapoor & Sons, and Khoobsurat. She stated that Indian audiences went “crazy” for Pakistani actors like Fawad due to their talent.
“When our actors started working in India and gaining massive popularity, some of India’s biggest actors became insecure. They made it an issue and got them banned,” Nadia alleged in the video.
She went on to claim that it was not politicians but rather the “insecure” Indian stars who felt threatened by the younger Pakistani actors. “They knew that the Indian public would go gaga over our stars because they’re actually talented…Indians love our stars. You have no idea how popular they are over there,” she added.
Nadia also took a jibe at the three Khans, stating, “They don’t have stars in this age bracket there. The Khans are insecure.”
However, soon after her comments went viral, she faced intense trolling and backlash on social media, with many users ridiculing her statements as “delusional.”
Pakistani artists were effectively banned from working in India after the 2016 Uri attack, though the Mumbai High Court recently lifted this longstanding ban.
Nadia’s unsubstantiated claims about top Bollywood stars being behind the ban have reignited the debate around Pakistani representation in Indian entertainment.
