More than 219 crore 57 lakh vaccine doses have been administered in the country so far under the nationwide COVID-19 vaccination drive. The Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry said, over 96 thousand vaccine doses were administered in the last 24 hours. During the same period, 830 new COVID cases were reported in the country.
The Country’s active caseload currently stands at over 21 thousand 607 and it is at 0.05 percent. The recovery rate is currently at 98.77 percent. A total of one thousand 771 people have recovered in the last 24 hours and with this, the total recoveries touched over four crore 40 lakh, and 95 thousand.
A total of more than 90 crore COVID tests have been conducted in the country so far. In the last 24 hours, over one lakh 23 thousand tests were conducted.
