Wayanad: Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra visited Wayanad to meet with local stakeholders and gain firsthand insights into the region’s pressing issues. Speaking to the media, she said, “It has given me a good understanding of some of the issues here. I met different people – coffee growers, farmers, homestay owners, farming tourism people, dairy farmers. I have gone to some tribal habitations and understood some of the issues, issues which I could immediately take up.”

Highlighting her efforts to address local concerns, she added, “Today we had a 4.5 hours meeting. I have taken up different issues which can be resolved at the district level. The ones that I have to take up at the Central level also I am going to take up and keep fighting.”

Reiterating her commitment to her constituency, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said, “As I said, when I was elected here I have to be the voice of the people of Wayanad and I am doing my job.”
