Himachal Pradesh to further extend Corona curfew till May 31

In order to break the virus chain, the Himachal Cabinet has decided to further extend the Corona curfew in the entire state till 31st of this month with the same restrictions.

The decision was taken in a State Cabinet meeting held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur while reviewing the COVID-19 situation of the State in Shimla, today

The Cabinet also decided that the Department of Health would encourage private hospitals in the State to increase vaccination in their institutions. It was felt that MLAs may review along with concerned SDM the welfare/ treatment being provided to COVID patients in home isolation.
