Meanwhile, Saidakrami Rachabalizoda, 28, also hails from Tajikistan and currently resides in Moscow, with investigations underway to determine his exact role in the tragic incident.
Shamsidin Fariduni, aged 24, previously employed as a factory worker, and Mukhammadsobir Faizov, the youngest at 19 years old, round out the list of suspects. Faizov, born in 2004, was apprehended in the Bryansk region and brought before the court on a stretcher, suggesting injuries sustained during his arrest.
Despite the Islamic State group’s claim of responsibility, Russian officials have refrained from acknowledging this assertion, instead attributing the attack to Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky vehemently rejected Russia’s allegations, further complicating the geopolitical dimensions surrounding the tragic event.
