Mumbai: JioHotstar and Colors TV have officially announced that Bigg Boss Hindi Season 20 will premiere on September 6, unveiling the show’s first teaser featuring host Salman Khan. Marking the milestone 20th season, the makers have hinted at a fresh format with a mystery that is expected to unfold throughout the new edition.

Bigg Boss 20 Release Date and Where to Watch

Following last year’s format, new episodes of Bigg Boss 20 will stream first on JioHotstar at 9:00 PM, before airing on Colors TV at 10:30 PM. The reality show will be broadcast daily from Monday to Sunday.

Salman Khan’s Cryptic Message in the Teaser

The newly released teaser opens with Salman Khan making a grand entrance alongside a horse before delivering a dialogue that has already sparked discussion among viewers. “Jo Karan Arjun mein hua tha, woh hoga ab Bigg Boss mein… Thathastu!”

The teaser offers only a brief visual clue, leaving audiences to speculate about the meaning behind the reference. However, the makers have not yet explained what the “Karan Arjun” hint signifies.

Salman Khan on Bigg Boss Season 20

In an official statement quoted by ANI, Salman Khan said: “Every season of Bigg Boss brings a fresh game, new dynamics and unexpected twists. But this season, there’s a mystery at the heart of it that makes it unlike anything we’ve seen before. The first hint is already out there; you just have to look at it twice. The teaser is just the beginning, and I can’t wait for audiences to start piecing the clues together when Bigg Boss Hindi Season 20 begins.”

Contestants Yet to Be Announced

Apart from confirming the premiere date and Salman Khan’s return as host, the makers have not revealed further details about the upcoming season. There is no official announcement yet regarding the contestants, house theme or the significance of the “Karan Arjun” reference featured in the teaser. More details are expected to be unveiled in the weeks leading up to the show’s September 6 premiere.
