Father and sons body was pulled out after 35 hours after the Jilani building collapsed

Bhiwandi: A father put his life at risk in trying to save his two and half year old son when he realised that the 34 year old Jilani building was about to collapse on Monday.
Shaheed Abdulla Khan (35), who ran a mobile shop in Dhamankar Naka area in Bhiwandi, who resides with wife Asma and two and half year old son Asad on the second floor of the building. Two bodies were found 35 hours after the mishap.
According to Zakir Khan who is a cousin said, “Shaheed alerted his wife about the building collapse. He along with stepped out from the hall while Asad was sleeping on the bed in the bedroom. He asked her wife to go to the third floor where his father Abdulla (60) and Mother Jaibunisha (60) reside. As soon as Shaheed went to the bedroom to pull out a boy, the building collapsed like a pack of cards.
While Shaheed another brother Khalid Khan was alive and rescued by a team of NDRF, who was taken to hospital where the treatment is on. But the entire Khan family was under trauma because they loved one Asad, no more now.
While Asma along with parents was in a safe place of the building (where a half structure of the building was not collapsed) later they all were escaped by the help of locals. –By Narendra Gupta
