Former Maharashtra chief secretary Sitaram Kunte appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in Mumbai on Tuesday in connection with former Mumbai police commissioner Param Bir Singh Rs 100 cr collection and Corruption in transfer allegations against former home minister Anil Deshmukh.
ED had summoned him in the recent past too. Deshmukh is currently in judicial custody.
