In Bihar, schools of class 1 to 8 will be opened from today. Primary and middle schools of Patna will not be opened due to prevailing floods. Schools were closed due to covid pandemic. Education Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary said this decision has been taken considering the declining cases of COVID 19 in the states.
Schools have been asked to follow guidelines and protocols issued by the government to reopen. Students, parents, teachers and other stakeholders must look at the SOPs and complete guidelines. Children have to bring homemade lunch boxes. Outside vendors must remain away from the school premises. Students, teachers and staff must have follow social distancing while on campus.
