An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter Scale hit Uttarakhand last night. National Center for Seismology said, the epicentre of the quake was 44 km north-northwest of Joshimath in Chamoli district. Tremors were also felt in Dehradun, Pauri and Garhwal districts.
